Account Management

To sign up, visit the registration page and provide your email, name, and password. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Follow the link and you will be able to access your account straight away. You can be a member without having a subscription to an exam or even after your subscription has expired.

Use your registered email and password to log in. If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.

You can update your personal details, including email, password, and profile information, from the account settings page. Once logged in, head to the Settings page from the left side menu.

If you wish to deactivate your account, go to Settings and select "Request Account Deletion" from the bottom of the page. It can take up to a week for us to process this request.

Practice Sessions

The practice sessions are run around the exam dates. We usually enrol 60 days prior to the exam during which time you can tell us about your availability. We start the practice sessions 40 days before the exam date. Once you register and complete payment, you will be matched with other students 40 days before the exam. You will be assigned a Zoom link for your practice sessions. The links will be available from your VivaPair account.

Students are randomly assigned in pairs. Matches are based on availability and exam schedules. We aim to provide a minimum of 30 sessions per student.

Zoom meetings are automatically generated and shared via email. You can access your session links from your dashboard, follow the Viva Pair link from the left sided menu.

If your match cancels or reschedules, you will be notified and re-matched if possible. We aim to reschedule all sessions as soon as possible. Please let us know as early as possible if you cannott attend a meeting.

Payments & Subscription

The platform requires a one-time payment per round. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal. The payments are processed via Stripe and we never store your payment method details.

Your payment grants access for one round, which lasts approximately 60 days before the exam.

Invoices are automatically generated after payment and available for download from your account.

Notifications & Communication

You will receive email updates regarding matches, session changes, and reminders.

A built-in messaging feature allows you to communicate with your matches. Please use it responsibly and report any innapropriate activity. We have zero tollerance for abusive behaviour.

If you are not receiving emails, check your spam folder or ensure your email address is correct in your account settings. Also ensure you have not opted out from the email notification lists in yuor Settings page.

You can add the scheduled meetings on VivaPair to your existing calendar on your phone or laptop.
The calendar will automatically sync with your scheduled meetings on VivaPair and gives your more control.

Technical Support

The platform works best on modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Mobile access is supported. You will need to have Zoom installed on your device in order to be able to access the sessions

- Login Issues: Reset your password if needed.
- Zoom Links Not Working: Ensure you are using the correct link from your dashboard.
- Matching Errors: Contact us for reassignment.

Privacy & Security

Your data is securely stored and never shared with third parties. We use servers located in the UK.
